We're Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (SF LMS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors LMS across global organizations and possess solid expertise in learning management, reporting, integrations, and system configuration. Key Responsibilities:

Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues while delivering effective solutions.

Collaborate with Product Owners to gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.

Translate business needs into scalable SuccessFactors LMS configurations and solution designs.

Manage system configuration, refreshes, migrations, and deployment activities.

Execute system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation.

Provide post-go-live support and maintain technical documentation.

Develop Story Reports and custom reports using Plateau Report Designer (PRD).

Configure LMS Security, Domains, Sub-domains, and Custom Roles.





Integrate SuccessFactors LMS with external platforms such as Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, and other SuccessFactors modules.

Support integrations with SuccessFactors core modules where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

Active and valid SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification.

Proven experience with at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations.

Solid expertise in LMS configuration, data migration, and reporting.

Experience advising global organizations on LMS best practices and cloud migration strategies.

Valuable knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Advanced Reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in global, cross-functional teams.
