Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of security guards and supervisors.
Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Monitor CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections across the facility.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, thefts, and policy violations, and submit detailed reports.
Coordinate emergency response during fire, medical emergencies, and security threats.
Ensure proper implementation of security policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
Conduct security briefings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training for security staff.
Verify attendance, deployment, and shift handovers of security personnel.
Liaise with local police, fire authorities, and emergency services when required.
Maintain records of incidents, visitor management, gate passes, key registers, and daily occurrence reports.
Support audits and ensure compliance with client and company security requirements.
Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
