Role & responsibilities The role is primarily focused on creating and maintaining technical documentation such as user manuals, operating guides, installation manuals, and product documentation for industrial products.
Preferred candidate profile The key responsibilities include:
Writing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals.
Working closely with engineers and product teams to gather technical information.
Creating structured documentation using XML-based Content Management Systems, preferably Schema ST4.
Reviewing, proofreading, and ensuring documentation follows quality and international standards.
Creating or coordinating technical illustrations using tools like Creo Illustrate or Adobe Illustrator.
Managing documentation projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps to track documentation tasks.
Mentoring and training junior technical writers and supporting documentation best practices.
