We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing RO water purifiers and water dispensers.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of RO systems and water dispensers.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and water flow issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
Ensure timely service closure with high customer satisfaction.
Maintain service reports and coordinate for spare parts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant field service experience.
Solid technical knowledge of RO systems, UV/UF technology, pumps, SMPS, filters, and water dispensers.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
Willing to travel across Bangalore for field service.
