To ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and repair of all production machinery and utility equipment used in mattress manufacturing, minimizing downtime and ensuring secure working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of machinery as per maintenance plan.
Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures.
Lubricate moving parts and replace worn-out components.
Breakdown Maintenance
Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment to normal operation.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
Coordinate with electricians for electro-mechanical issues.
Machine Maintenance
Maintain and repair: Foam cutting machines - CCM and VCM
Quilting machines, Juky Machine
Tape edge machines and Roll Pack Machine
Mattress assembly machines - Glue line, Packing, Sealing machine
