Career Maztro is looking for Senior Tele Caller - Join our energetic team in the role of Telecaller. As a key customer service representative, you will be instrumental in contacting customers over the telephone, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors to promote products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Explain property locations, pricing, configurations, and payment plans while qualifying the client's budget and requirements.
Persuade interested clients and coordinate site visits with the senior sales team.
Update call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately inside the company CRM or MS Excel sheets.
Meet daily targets for calling hours, connected calls, and scheduled site visits
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings.
Participate in training and development prospects to improve skills and knowledge.
Adhere to schedules and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
