Role Description The Senior Architect at Unison Designs is a full time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, including developing design proposals, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The Senior

Architect will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to integrate design requirements, resolve technical issues, and manage project timelines and deliverables. The position includes overseeing junior team members, reviewing project documentation, and participating in site visits to monitor progress and quality.



The role requires active involvement in design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and continuous improvement of design and delivery processes.

Qualifications - Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex design projects.
Practical experience in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, modeling, or building information systems.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, sketchUp)
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices relevant to projects in the Pune Division.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering projects in commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
