Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Service Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include performing equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical devices and diagnostic systems.
The Service Engineer will deliver on-site technical support, effectively communicate solutions to clients, and ensure optimal functionality of all serviced equipment. Regular travel to client locations within the region may be required to address field service requests.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with medical devices and diagnostic systems
Experience in Field Service, including equipment installation and on-site problem resolution
Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and provide transparent technical support
Strong Technical Support capabilities to address customer needs effectively
Expertise in Maintenance & Repair for servicing and ensuring equipment reliability
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and safety standards
Willingness to travel and a commitment to providing high-quality service
