They oversee hydraulic modeling, select effective technologies, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff to deliver sustainable water management solutions.

Core Responsibilities
System Design & Engineering: Create detailed layout plans, topographic assessments, and hydraulic calculations of irrigation systems including farm irrigation systems.
Technology Selection: Evaluate soil types, climate data, and crop requirements to determine the most productive irrigation methods (drip, sprinkler, or micro-irrigation).
Project Management: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), manage project budgets, and oversee the procurement of equipment.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with agronomists, civil engineers, and environmental specialists.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections,



test commissioning protocols, and ensure compliance with environmental and agricultural safety standards.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and field teams.

Key Qualifications & Skills
