Collection of orders from Branch Offices
Coordinate with internal departments like Materials, Production, HR, QA, R D etc.
Preparation of Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly plan detailing all task to meet predicted completion date
Regular coordination for bought out and in-house material
Follow-up with dispatch department for on-time execution of orders
Liaise with customers from abroad and SPOC for external agency




Container/ export planning
Prepare and coordinate for Container stuffing plan
Coordination with dispatch team for setting priority
Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents
Ensures workplace protection and maintaining safety by Monitoring of Manufacturing Related activities including Production, Planning and scheduling, controls and other related functions.
