We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Piping Engineer to join our growing engineering team delivering projects across Australia, the UK, and the US. The successful candidate will have robust experience in Water/Wastewater and Oil & Gas piping systems, be comfortable working directly with international clients, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review piping layouts, piping plans, isometrics, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
Develop and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;).
Design piping systems for water treatment, pumping stations, pipelines, process plants, and oil & gas facilities.
Perform piping routing, equipment layout coordination, and piping material selection.
Coordinate closely with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
Produce high-quality 3D piping models and associated drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian, UK, US,



and international codes and standards.
Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and client meetings.
Communicate directly with international clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and CAD designers.
Support project planning, estimation, scheduling, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
6+ years of piping design experience within Water/Wastewater and/or Oil & Gas.
Experience with P&IDs; and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
Knowledge of ASME, API, ISO and related standards.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Experience working with international clients.

Preferred Skills
Experience on Australian, UK or US projects.
Exposure to BIM workflows and piping stress coordination.
