Role & responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers in the end-to-end delivery of software projects using Spring Boot, React.js, Java, and Microservices architecture.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality code that meets business requirements and adheres to industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with stakeholdersincluding project managers, business analysts, and clientsto understand project objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to project timelines.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements,
proactively recommending improvements to enhance product quality and team performance.
Foster an agile development setting by driving continuous integration, automation, and iterative delivery.
Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust, hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, React.js, and Java programming.
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying Microservices-based solutions.
Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead and manage software development teams using Agile methodologies.
