We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, serving as both a knowledgeable guide and a results-driven admissions representative.

The ideal candidate will excel at building rapport, understanding student aspirations, and effectively communicating how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Student Consultation & Guidance: Conduct personalized counseling sessions with walk-in students and their parents to identify their educational needs and recommend the most suitable courses offered by the institute.
Admissions & Sales: Actively drive student enrollment by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Relationship Management: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for students throughout their entire academic journey, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth path to course completion.
Lead Conversion: Manage and follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits to convert prospects into successful admissions.
Financial Administration: Oversee the fee collection process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payments.
Administrative Coordination:



Maintain student records and coordinate with academic departments to provide accurate information regarding course schedules and requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven Sales Mindset: Strong motivation to work in a target-oriented workplace with a focus on high performance and conversion.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information persuasively to diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: A patient, empathetic, and skilled demeanor when dealing with students and parents.
Organizational Ability: Strong multitasking skills to manage counseling, administrative tasks, and fee collection simultaneously.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any field (prior experience in education sales or counseling is a plus)
