Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
Handle all service-related inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for service execution and material procurement.
Develop and acquire recent HVAC service contracts and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) business opportunities.
Plan, supervise, and monitor service engineers and technicians.
Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance, breakdown, and project-related service jobs.
Monitor service quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare service reports, quotations, AMC proposals, and maintenance schedules.




Follow up for job closure, invoicing, and payment collection from customers.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and identify prospects for business growth.
Manage service budgets, manpower deployment, and operational efficiency.
Support management in achieving service revenue and profitability targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
