We are seeking a Senior Waste Engineer to join our Specialisms team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of waste management and environmental consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure projects throughout the Middle East and global regions.

This role requires a technically robust skilled with experience in waste management for buildings, environmental consultancy, and multidisciplinary design coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare waste management strategies, calculations, and technical reports for a variety of developments.
Design and review waste management systems and facilities for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, and high-rise buildings.
Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural, and other design disciplines throughout project delivery.
Provide environmental consultancy support, including environmental planning, assessments, and compliance advice.
Produce high-quality technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Attend client meetings and technical workshops, providing practical engineering solutions.
Support proposal preparation and contribute to business development initiatives.




Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
6 10 years of relevant experience in waste management and environmental consultancy.
Proven experience on building developments, particularly high-rise and mixed-use projects.
Solid knowledge of waste generation calculations, waste management design, and environmental best practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in the Middle East and familiarity with local authority requirements will be considered an advantage.
