We are seeking a confident and customer-friendly Academic counselor to manage operations and ensure a smooth experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
