Job Title: Senior Pre-Sales Consultant Cybersecurity (Proposals & RFP)

Location: Viman Nagar (Pune)/Remote

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Consultant with robust expertise in Cybersecurity, Proposal Management, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. The role will independently manage end-to-end cybersecurity proposals and provide backup support to the Pre-Sales Manager during critical submission periods.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, response strategy, proposal development, and submission.
Prepare and review technical proposals, solution descriptions, SOWs, BOQs, compliance matrices, and requirement traceability documents.
Coordinate with internal SMEs, delivery teams, solution architects, and OEM/vendor teams.
Develop bid strategies, win themes, and ensure proposal quality and tender compliance.
Support pre-sales prioritisation,



stakeholder discussions, and team guidance during manager coverage.

Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Pre-Sales, Proposal/Bid Management, Technical Consulting, or Security Delivery.
Robust experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical proposal writing.
Good knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as SOC/MDR, SIEM, EDR, DLP, IAM/PAM, NDR, GRC, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security.
Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and NIA/QCSF.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team mentoring skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
