Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage installation, commissioning, and service operations. The role involves leading service teams, ensuring timely customer support, improving service efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee installation, commissioning, and servicing activities of wind-solar hybrid systems.
Provide timely repair and maintenance support to customers.
Lead and supervise IC and service teams, providing technical guidance for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Plan preventive maintenance activities and ensure availability of required spare parts.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor service operations, response time, machine downtime, and service quality.
Support budget planning and cost control for service activities.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) standards.




Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to service performance, FSR, spare parts inventory, downtime, and customer feedback.

Experience Requirements
