Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day HVAC service operations and maintenance activities.
Supervise service engineers and technicians for preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and project-related jobs.
Handle customer service requests, technical issues, and complaint resolution efficiently.
Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage vendor and subcontractor coordination for service execution and material procurement.
Develop recent HVAC service business, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements.
Prepare service quotations, AMC proposals, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
Ensure timely completion of service assignments while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor manpower deployment, service productivity, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate job closure, billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
Maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Support management in achieving service revenue, profitability, and operational goals.

Expertise in HVAC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent client relationship and vendor management abilities.
Experience in AMC management and service contract execution.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.

Preferred Experience
8+ years of experience in HVAC Service Operations.
Experience in HVAC, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Services industry.
Proven ability to generate new service business and manage key customer accounts.
Experience handling multiple service projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
