Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily service center operations.

Lead, train, and monitor service technicians and coordinators.

Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and maintenance of electric vehicles.

Handle customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Monitor warranty claims, service documentation, and job cards.

Coordinate with the spare parts, logistics, and technical support teams.

Track service KPIs, turnaround time, and team performance.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management.

Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Requirements

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in automobile or EV service operations.

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable knowledge of EV diagnostics, service processes, and warranty management.

Proficiency in MS Office and service management software is an advantage. Looking for immediate joiners
