We are hiring Process Engineers to support Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects. The role involves developing process engineering deliverables, performing process simulations, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and review process engineering deliverables in compliance with international standards.
Prepare PFDs, P&IDs;, heat & material balance, equipment/instrument datasheets and process calculations.
Perform hydraulic calculation, pump/compressor sizing, PSV sizing and flare load summaries.
Conduct Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus simulations and process modelling.
Participate in HAZOP / HAZID / model reviews / SIL studies.
Provide technical support during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning.
Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines for design integration.
Ensure timely submission of deliverables and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
2 – 10 years of Process Engineering experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals.
Robust working knowledge of:
Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus
Sizing & hydraulic calculation tools
Microsoft Office & engineering documentation standards
Familiarity with standards / FEED / EPC project execution.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
