Roles & Responsibilities:

Placing consultants to vendors and clients.

Search for project requirements through job portals, vendor networks, and contacts.





Match consultant skills with client requirements.

Submit resumes to clients and vendors.

Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.

Negotiate rates and contract terms.

Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.

Follow up on interview feedback and project status.

Update consultant profiles and maintain databases.

Ensure successful placement of consultants on projects.
