Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash receipts, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare, review, and file GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and perform reconciliations with GSTR-2B.
Handle TDS computation, return filing, and reconciliation.
Book purchase invoices and maintain inventory-related records.
Close monthly Delivery Challans (DCs) and Purchase Orders.
Reconcile and close imprest accounts.
Review inter-company transactions and generate invoices where required.
Coordinate with customers,



including site visits when necessary.
Understand the sourcing cycle and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), CA, or CS.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial accounting.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Robust analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
