: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive – Project Finance

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the Project Finance segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing project finance deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the Project Finance segment.
Identify and acquire current clients, including MSMEs, corporates, developers, and manufacturing businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), DSAs, consultants, builders, and other referral partners.
Conduct client meetings, understand funding requirements, and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive growth.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,



Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
5–10 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate Lending, Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, or related financial products.
Proven ability to source and close project finance deals.
Strong network of CAs, DSAs, business consultants, and corporate clients.

In-depth knowledge of project finance and lending processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve challenging business targets.
