Role Description The Senior US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across the organization, with a focus on the US market. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and cultural fit assessments with hiring managers. The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, negotiate offers, manage onboarding hand-offs, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This is a contract role and is fully remote,



requiring close collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Candidates should possess specialized IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills for diverse software and infrastructure roles.

Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, including stakeholder management and decision support.

Proven experience recruiting for US-based roles, with familiarity with US hiring practices and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.

Experience using ATS platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing tools to build effective talent pipelines.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
