Key Responsibilities
Lead the Pan India Sales & Marketing function.
Drive business growth and key account management.
Develop strategic customer relationships.
Work closely with Product Management, Operations, Design, Service, QA and Sales teams.
Build high-performing teams and mentor future leaders.
Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Travel extensively across India.

Ideal Candidate
Proven leadership experience in Pharma Tooling or Pharmaceutical Machinery.
Solid Business Development and Sales Management background.
Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable business growth.
