Role Description The Senior Procurement Specialist is a full time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, equipment, and services required for plastic recycling and granule production.

Day-to-day responsibilities include issuing and tracking purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing. The specialist will collaborate with operations, production,



and finance teams to align procurement strategies with business goals, maintain accurate procurement records, and support continuous improvement in supplier performance and sustainability standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Procurement expertise, including strategic sourcing and category management.
Candidates should possess skills in managing Purchase Orders and coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation, vendor development, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation and cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and spend analysis.
Experience in manufacturing, plastics, recycling, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are required.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an advantage.
