8+ years of hands-on experience in US Recruitment.
Proven experience hiring senior leadership and executive-level technology professionals for the US market.
Robust experience recruiting for IT and Engineering positions across multiple technology stacks.
Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other recruitment platforms.
Experience supporting direct clients, implementation partners or MSP/VMS settings.
Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, employment types, and hiring practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple critical requirements simultaneously while consistently meeting delivery targets.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.

Lead hiring for senior leadership roles

, including Engineering Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, Principal Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Product Leaders and other strategic technology positions.
Partner with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and client stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, internal databases and advanced Boolean search techniques.
