Senior Associate (Investor Relations)
Performs Investor Relations functions, including but not limited to, reviewing investor subscription documents, preparation of subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters, and sending them out to the investors;
Performs AML procedures;
Prepares draft emails to facilitate sending out of investor capital letters;
Reviews capital letters prior to partners final review of client deliverables;
Updates IPO worksheet and sends the list out to the fund administration team.

Requirements
Has knowledge in the alternative investment industry particularly in investor relations.
Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for United States and/or Cayman Islands preferred but not required.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and has very valuable organization skills;
Has valuable command of the English language, both oral and written;
Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs.
