Role Description This is a full time, in office Service Technician role based in Kasaragod/Kannur.

The Service

Technician is responsible for performing routine and scheduled maintenance on vehicles, including inspections, part replacements, and system checks. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting troubleshooting to identify root causes, and completing repair work in line with company standards and safety guidelines. The role also involves documenting service activities, coordinating with the service team and supervisors, and ensuring that tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Service

Technicians interact with customers to explain work performed, provide basic technical guidance, and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess robust Maintenance & Repair skills with experience in general vehicle Maintenance.

Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.

Relevant technical diploma or certification in automobile engineering or a related trade.

Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and safety practices, with the ability to follow technical manuals and work instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying workloads.

Prior experience as a service technician or mechanic in an automotive environment is preferred.
