Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Scheduling Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage daily programming, advertising slots, production schedules, and campaign timelines. The role ensures smooth execution of media operations while maximizing resource utilization and meeting client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly broadcast/content schedules.
Coordinate with production, sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
Allocate advertising slots and monitor schedule accuracy.
Manage client booking calendars and production timelines.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
Monitor deadlines and ensure all media content is delivered on time.
Prepare scheduling reports and maintain scheduling software/records.
Collaborate with management to improve workflow efficiency.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in media scheduling, broadcast operations, or project coordination.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling/CRM software.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of TV, radio, digital, or print media operations.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
