Role Description The Senior Executive Warehouse & Logistics will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of health and wellness products. This full time, in office role in Gurugram involves coordinating logistics partners, optimizing shipment routes, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The role includes monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, implementing process improvements, and maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

The Senior

Executive will collaborate closely with procurement, operations,



and customer service teams to streamline supply chain activities, resolve operational issues, and support scalable growth. This role also requires preparing routine reports on inventory, logistics performance, and warehouse efficiency for management review.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
Solid skills in demand planning, stock reconciliation, and basic data analysis for operational decision-making.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools, and standard office software.
Knowledge of shipping procedures, packaging standards, and last-mile delivery processes.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to lead and guide warehouse staff, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or health and wellness products is preferred.
