Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Export Dispatch Executive to manage and oversee the end-to-end export dispatch process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, and ensuring timely and compliant shipment of goods to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete export dispatch operations including packing, labeling, and shipment scheduling.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and transporters for smooth dispatch.
Prepare and verify export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.
Handle export-related queries, discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, documentation, and shipment details.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for dispatch planning.
Ensure timely delivery and optimize logistics costs.
Supervise and guide junior staff in dispatch operations.
