Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence. Develop and manage departmental budgets while ensuring cost optimization.

Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.



Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. 8–12 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant business management tools.

Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Project management and change management experience. Financial and budget management expertise. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile setting. High level of integrity, accountability, and leadership.
