Role Description The Senior Executive – Collection MIS is a full time, in office role based in Washim. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining collection-related Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring accurate, timely data entry, validation, and reporting.

Daily tasks include preparing collection dashboards and reports, analyzing portfolio and repayment trends, and sharing actionable insights with operations and management teams. The role involves coordinating with branch and field staff to resolve data discrepancies,



monitoring collection performance, and supporting compliance and audit requirements through robust documentation.

The Senior

Executive will also assist in improving MIS processes, contributing to better risk management and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills for handling collection data and reporting tools.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with branch teams, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Excel or similar data tools, familiarity with financial or microfinance operations, and basic knowledge of collection processes are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, statistics, information systems, or a related field, along with prior experience in MIS or collection roles, is preferred.
