Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a track record of developing long-term strategic alliances with ecom platforms, marketplaces, distribution channels and enterprise clients.

The role requires robust business development and communication skills, commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to execute partnership strategies from inception to scale.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's strategic partnership roadmap.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard current strategic partners. • Build relationships with e-com platforms, marketplaces, distribution channels and enterprise clients
Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and business terms.
Drive revenue growth through partner acquisition and existing partner expansion.
Collaborate with Product & Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams for partner integration.
Monitor partner performance and define growth plans to maximize business outcomes.




Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and industry trends.
Present business cases, partnership proposals, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Track partnership KPIs, revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition metrics.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Eligibility / Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA from a reputed institute is preferred. Experience Required
8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances or enterprise sales.
Solid network of B2C platforms and marketplaces, e-com platforms, media platforms etc.
Demonstrated success in closing and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
