To own the end-to-end execution of video content at Scratchpad delivering high-quality edits, contributing to creative storytelling, and ensuring consistency across all outputs while supporting the team’s overall creative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Editing & Execution: Own end-to-end video editing across formats (social, ads, campaigns), ensuring high-quality output with solid storytelling, motion graphics, sound, and color.
Creative Contribution: Collaborate with content and design teams, contributing ideas on storytelling, formats, and platform-specific trends.
Quality & Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in tone, style, and overall video output.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Video Editor, support junior editors, and share knowledge and best practices.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising creative standards.
