We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and be capable of designing, developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow IRM applications and modules.
Configure and implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer.
Build and maintain REST API and XML-based integrations with third-party systems.
Configure and maintain CMDB and ServiceNow integrations.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Follow Agile development methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of relevant ServiceNow Development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
Solid knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow development.
Solid JavaScript programming skills.
Experience with REST APIs, XML, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience with CMDB and ServiceNow platform customization.
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Agile/Protected methodology experience.
Exposure to GCP.
Knowledge of Now Assist.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning or Generative AI.
