Required Qualifications
Bachelor//'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
11+ years of overall IT experience, including 9+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, solution design, and architecture, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions for enterprise organizations; 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Now Assist.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
Robust understanding of HR business processes and employee experience solutions.
Experience implementing AI capabilities such as ServiceNow Now Assist.
