The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the YouTube ecosystem for the Punjab Exams category through content strategy, channel growth, SEO, analytics, and performance optimisation. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete YouTube channel operations for the Punjab Exams category.
Develop YouTube content strategy based on student demand, search trends, competition, and exam cycles.
Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, playlists, and metadata.
Conduct keyword research and YouTube SEO.
Analyse YouTube Analytics and identify growth opportunities.
Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, impressions, and overall channel performance.
Coordinate with faculty, video editors, thumbnail designers, and content teams.
Suggest video topics based on search volume and student intent.




Track competitors and trending content in the Punjab Exams space.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Work towards increasing organic reach, views, subscribers, and student acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
2–5 years of experience in YouTube Channel Management and YouTube SEO.
Robust understanding of the YouTube algorithm and content growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics, Google Trends, keyword research, and SEO tools.
Robust understanding of thumbnails, titles, CTR, retention, and watch time.
Experience in EdTech, Government Exams, or competitive exam content will be preferred.
Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills.
