Role Description The Senior VP – Engineering Services is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing engineering-led product and service delivery across the organization. This position leads cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve technology-enabled solutions that support immigration consulting and operational efficiency. The Senior VP will manage end-to-end product and program lifecycles, set technical and business priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Day-to-day activities include supervising engineering teams, aligning product roadmaps with business objectives, coordinating with senior leadership and operational stakeholders, and establishing best practices for project execution and risk management. The role also involves mentoring managers, optimizing processes, and driving continuous innovation to support scalable, client-centric services.

Qualifications

Strong Product Management and Product Development skills to define vision, roadmap, and feature requirements for engineering-led solutions.





Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Program Management to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Proven Team Leadership experience, including leading senior engineering specialists, building high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration.

Extensive experience in engineering or technology services, ideally within consulting, professional services, or process-driven industries.

Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies, with solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a master’s degree (MBA or relevant discipline) is preferred.

Experience in scaling operations, implementing governance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
