We're looking for an experienced technical leader who can understand complex business requirements, design the right solution and take ownership of successful delivery.

What You'll Do Configure and customise Zoho applications. Build workflows, custom functions and business automation. Develop integrations using REST APIs and webhooks. Work with Zoho and third-party applications. Independently troubleshoot technical issues. Estimate tasks and communicate progress and risks clearly. Test solutions and support UAT and go-live. Work directly with customers when required. Support and mentor junior developers and interns.





Requirements What we're looking for 3+ years in Zoho development, SaaS implementation or systems integration. Robust hands-on experience with APIs and third-party integrations.

Experience delivering customer-facing projects. Ability to solve technical problems independently and own delivery. Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have: Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Zoho One, Deluge, JavaScript, SQL, API integrations, Webhooks, n8n/Make.com/AI/Third-party integration tools, MCP Servers and business automation.
