Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify international and domestic B2B leads to acquire recent customers.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into long-term accounts.
Visit clients regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and achieve revenue targets.
Manage key accounts as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Execute B2B marketing strategies, including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation.
Track sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize growth campaigns.
Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events for brand promotion.
Monitor Oil Gas/ Offshore/ Marine market trends to identify recent opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements




BTech in a related discipline or Bachelor's in Business Administration; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development within the Oil Gas/ Offshore/ Marine sectors.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing B2B clients within technical and engineering environments.
Preferred experience dealing with EPC contractors, shipyards, refineries, or industrial clients.
Strong understanding of engineering services, project life cycles, and industrial business practices.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online lead generation.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales acquisition, customer engagement, and account management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically for customer visits and business development activities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to meet goals.
