Oversee 3 factories situated in Kundli
Reporting to - Factory GM and dotted reporting to DGM - Finance and accounts.
Job responsibilities
Financial Accounting:
Manage day-to-day factory accounting operations, including handling of general ledger entries, invoices, payments, review of timely MRN and reconciliations.
Prepare IND AS Financial statements of the Company on quarterly basis. Ensure Books are closed as per the IND AS requirements.
Deal with the Statutory Auditors for closure of the Audit as per the requirements of the Company and Group Auditors.
Inter Department interaction to ensure the data and books are closed on time.
Internal Audit Deal with the Internal Audit for the plant audits and ensure the audit observation are Constructively implemented in plant.
Factory Insurance - In coordination with HO Insurance team ensure the factory insurance is covered for All assets and location of KNS.
Reconciliation: Handle intra Company reconciliation monthly & quarterly
MIS Prepare factory budget for the quarter/ year. Also compare budget vs Actual.
Should be actively involved in Automation of Finance and Accounts department. Training to team members as part of team development.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
Any other commercial work which the factory manager/ GM assigns.
