Responsibilities
Implement and manage ServiceNow solutions specific to the telecom domain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow modules (SOM-T, TSM, FSM) into existing processes
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Provide ongoing support and training to users on ServiceNow functionalities
Monitor and report on system performance and key metrics
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, specifically in the telecom domain
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules: SOM-T, TSM, and FSM
Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Experience with ITIL framework and best practices is preferred
