Designation: Senior Manager
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and upload manual and system-generated journal entries, including:
Payroll allocations
Accruals
Prepayments
Netting entries
Cost allocations
Depreciation entries
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
Manage intercompany reconciliations, including foreign currency translation adjustments.
Execute month-end close General Ledger (GL) activities within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with month-end close calendars and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Communicate proactively with clients regarding completed activities, status updates, exceptions, and issue resolution.
Analyze business requirements and effectively prioritize assigned tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to ensure smooth financial close processes.




Support process improvements and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Be versatile to work in rotational shifts and provide extended support during month-end and year-end close cycles.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
Experience in Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, and Month-End Close.
Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting and Foreign Currency Accounting.
Understanding of Accruals, Prepayments, Allocations, Netting Entries, and Depreciation Accounting.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
