Coordinate between the Sales and Installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers and execution.

Perform timely site assessments to minimize project delays and eliminate installation bottlenecks.

Identify potential site issues, such as wall dampness or uneven flooring, to prevent material wastage and incorrect ordering.

Deliver a skilled and customer-friendly in office experience by assisting homeowners throughout the site inspection process.

Maintain accurate digital records of site measurements, photographs, and site readiness checklists after every visit.
