Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on suitable courses and career pathways
Understand student requirements and guide them with appropriate academic options
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and certifications
Maintain proper follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions
Maintain student records and update CRM/system regularly
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth admission processes

Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Student Counsellor or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counselling abilities
Ability to handle students and parents confidently
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Robust Admission closing skills

Preferred Candidates:




Candidates with prior experience at Byju’s, Avodha, or similar EdTech/Training institutes will be given preference
