Qualification Required:
Background in Psychology / Special Education / MSW preferred
Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 shadow support to a student in a mainstream school setup
Assist with academics, behavior, and social skills
Coordinate with class teacher, therapists, and parents
Maintain daily reports and progress notes
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
