Role & responsibilities :
Work closely with the landscape and architecture teams to develop BIM-based design models.
Prepare accurate Revit models and detailed construction drawings.
Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with MEP, structural, and landscape consultants.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project workflows.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch.) Mandatory, M.Arch.- Preferrable.
Software Skills:
Mandatory: Revit and AutoCAD
Preferred: Navisworks Manage
Experience: 3 to 15 years of skilled experience in architectural & Landscape projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination
Preferred Attributes:
Exposure to landscape design or willingness to adapt architectural skills to landscape projects.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a quick-paced setting.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
